877 Scholarship and Education Foundation Board Members

  • Ted is an of alumni of the Buffalo School District, his wife is an educator in the district and had three children attend I.S.D 877 schools. Presently employed with BankWest for over 20 years. Enjoys being involved/supporting his children’s activities, along with spending falls in the woods, Friday nights at the BHS Field West or Saturdays at U of M (Go Bison & Gophers)!

  • Brad is a 25+ year professional in the Data and Analytics technology space. He is a resident of the greater Buffalo area since 1986, where he attended the 877 District as a student. He has three wonderful children, one who is currently enrolled at BHS. He an advocate for, and participant in, the arts community of Buffalo, where he also volunteers his time.

  • Marilee is an accountant who has worked in worked and lived in the Buffalo area since 2009 as a tax professional and consultant to CFOs, Controllers and Small Business Owners. She is active in the community on various boards and volunteering at Lakeside Oasis Hospice Home. When she is not chasing to various sporting activities with her teenagers, she enjoys volunteering in the community and adventuring with her husband and four kids.

  • Kelly is currently employed as a Social Worker for Wright County. Kelly has worked in Health and Human Services at the county since 2010, also in the Financial Public Assistance and Child Support divisions. Prior to this, Kelly worked in education at what is now known as the SouthWest Metro Intermediate District. Kelly is active in the local community serving as the Tatanka Elementary PTO Co-Chair, as an Election Judge for the City of Buffalo and volunteering as an official for USA Swimming. Kelly originates from Shakopee and has her B.A. from the College of St. Benedict. Kelly has lived in Buffalo since 2007 and is grateful to have the chance to live, work and play in the area with her husband and two children.

  • Anne has been involved with the BHM school district since 2002. Anne has volunteered in classrooms, and chaperoned school field trips with her favorite trip being the High school trip being New York City. She has been on the Scholarship board since 2020. Anne and her husband Tim have 2 children graduate from BHS. They currently have a high schooler and enjoy supporting him at his many activities.

  • Luke is a child of teachers and was raised with the idea that great schools make for a great community. His stage debut in sixth grade was rapping at a rally to pass a school referendum. A career in music not being his destiny, he went off to Gustavus Adolphus college and eventually was called into ministry where he has served in Excelsior, Brooklyn Park, Buffalo, and now in Hanover at St. Paul’s. Luke and his wife Jessica have two kids attending BHM schools. Luke is a serial hobbyist, and is interested in most everything…

  • Michael is a retired teacher who taught music in I.S.D. 877 for 33 years. He continues to direct the Wright County Chamber Chorus and the Zion Lutheran Church Senior Choir when he is not playing with his grandchildren. He also serves on the F. Melius Christiansen Endowment Fund Committee and on the boards of both the Buffalo Community Orchestra and the Buffalo Community Theater.
